Homey is a free, non-commercial service. By creating an account or using Homey you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Homey helps you look for a place to rent. It searches for listings and places AI voice calls to landlords and property managers on your behalf to ask your questions. The AI uses your first name to say who it is calling for. It never claims to be human, and if asked whether it is an AI it says yes right away. Landlords are third parties: what they tell us is used to answer your questions, and we can't control what they say.
If a landlord asks not to be called again, Homey honors that. Those opt-outs are kept even if your account is later deleted.
Homey is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind. The service may change, break, or stop at any time.
The AI can get things wrong. It can mishear, misunderstand, or be told something untrue. Always check key details (price, availability, fees, lease terms) directly with the landlord before you sign anything or pay anyone.
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse Homey. You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Account page.
Homey charges no fees.
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Homey and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a rental decision, a missed or mistaken call, or a landlord's statements. Our total liability for any claim relating to Homey is limited to the amount you paid us, which is zero.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
We may update these terms as Homey changes; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email support@tryhomey.app.
